Judge Orders Gretchen Rossi To Court To Disclose Finances

How much are you worth Gretchen Rossi?
The world will soon find out, after a judge in Newport Beach, California, ordered the Real Housewife of Orange County to appear in court next month to provide information about her finances and assets.

As RadarOnline.com reported last week, Rossi’s disputed ex Jay Photoglou was awarded $18,900.00 in legal fees connected to a restraining order case filed against him by the reality star last year. Gretchen Rossi Sued For Slander And Libel

“The drama from Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County just spilled over from TV to the courtroom. RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Jay Photoglou is suing Gretchen Rossi on Friday, charging her with libel and slander and five other counts.

It all stems from Rossi denying romantic involvement with Jay, as she was depicted as the fiancé of another man during the first season of her reality TV show.

Photoglou charges Rossi with damaging his reputation by calling him a liar, a drunk and a thief and is demanding punitive damages in the lawsuit. The lawsuit charges Rossi with spreading lies in published interviews, in emails to private individuals and members of the media….”

I probably would have gone with a shade lighter, or just hid my hand all together…but that’s just me.

It looks like the cameras may have gotten a little too close, drawing the attention away from the make-up being showcased to the what appeared to be a band aid on Gretchen’s left ring finger. Maybe it was better than the alternative??

A picture is worth a thousand words…

This picture was taken in October 2008, in Newport Beach CA. It was a few days before Gretchen Rossi’s Birthday party. Gretchen was trying out costumes for Halloween to see people’s reactions to them. The day this picture was taken was the first time Gretchen had met Jim and Alexis Bellino. In this picture you can clearly see (as Alexis did) the ring finger tattoo “Gretchen”on Jay Photoglou’s finger. Alexis asked Gretchen why she was still wearing her engagement ring and about her ring finger tattoo “Jay” as well. Gretchen and Alexis sat for nearly 45 minutes while Gretchen explained her role on the show and answered Alexis’ questions. Gretchen told Alexis she was Jeff Beitzel’s caregiver.
