Another interesting line on page 2 states that she lied to the police to ‘protect her image and ensure she was in line to inherit 2.5 mil from Jeff’s estate’ it later mentions that her she was desperate to to keep the affair w/ Jay a secret.

I imagine she had an agreement w/ Jeff that she would be his exclusive ho, and if she violated that agreement, she would be cut out of his will. Apparently Jeff hired a private investigator to track her when he became immobile, but kicked soon after.

If Jay can prove she violated an agreement she had w/ Jeff, I wonder if she can still lay claim to the inheritance. That’s if she doesn’t already have it. Maybe it’s why it seems to be burning a hole in her pocket.

Wow. She can’t keep her lies straight. In the letter to the Costa Mesa PD chief, Jay’s attorney points out a very interesting fact:

Gretchen said on Bravo TV (I’m assuming on Andy Cohen’s ‘Watch What Happens Next’ show) that those pictures were taken during a dark period of her life after Jeff died. But Jeff died in September 2008 and the pictures were taken seven months before, in February 2008.
