I can’t believe anyone would stand behind a woman that lies and takes money under false pretenses. I don’t care who goes after her as long as she does gets exposed for what she really is.

Looks like Kenny had the same issue I had here. So don’t come to this site if you wanna say how you feel about Jay. This site is not a neutral site. It is run by people who support Jay’s antics, and they will delete your post if they choose to. There are literally NO websites that do that. Don’t have a comments section if your going to censor your visitors opinions!! I find it hard to believe that women would stand behind a man such as this.

puhp, ugh, you’re right.

Jay, LLS said that she raised $10,000 for them in 2009, right? Those bracelet sales may have been part of that. I haven’t read or heard anything about her raising money for them this year, since fundraising started at the earliest in March. They probably would prefer she just went away.

I have spoken with Kerry and Rosemary @ So Cal Marine Assoc this morning. These are the people that put on the Orange county boat show. I was inquiring as to Gretchen’s claims a portion of ALL ticket sales would be donated to the fund/foundation. I have just confirmed a $2,000 check was written from SCMA to LLS. NOT the Foundation/fund she claims to have started. I applaud Gretchen for her efforts in this case. But it still raises the question. Where did the money go for the items she claims she was selling (ie picture w/signature, bands and stuffed animals???) at this event? Did Gretchen have a business lic to be selling and collecting this money. Did LLS recieve this money FROM Gretchen? Was that check made out to the fund/foundation Gretchen claims to have started? I am now going to be looking into Gretchen’s claims of SELLING items which have been confirmed by SCMA… I encourage people who were there to come forward with a reciept or statement…

According to Rossi, she received verbal confirmation last year from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) that the Jeff Beitzel Fund, founded in memory of her late fiance,Â would be established through their organization. But Rossi tells Tarts that she was unaware that the agreement was not carried out on their end.Â

â€œI was then told that it would be at my discretion how those funds would be used within the organization (i.e. research, patient services etc.). It has since been brought to my attention that the fund was never actually set up.â€

So for a year she hasnâ€™t followed up to direct how the funds should be used?
